"I chose Pete because he was the only one who asked questions about the pictures I sent for quoting purposes. I felt he was paying attention and thinking about things in a thorough way and that I could trust his quote. On day 2/2 of patching my drywall, he redid his assistant's work from the day before because it wasn't to his standard. He spent more time to get it right. I appreciate that considerably and I would hire him again."

"Responded quickly to telephone call. Had basement family room remodeled after a sewage backup. Was able to work with our request. We believe that the requested drywall installation was subcontracted out to another company, called Berea Drywall. While the job completion was adequate, there are gaps in the ceiling dry wall and many rough areas in the bathroom and family room areas.
While construction was in progress, contractor cut the main water line with a saw and did not inform us until after we called them upon return from work to find the basement family room wet yet again.
While frustrated with this experience, I would give this contractor another chance, I would just be more insistent in my expectations.

"This review is from work done last year. Mr. Handyman review 11/28/2018: Mr. Handyman (Eric V) sent a text with picture to say he was on the way. Overall, was very pleased with the work done and will use them again. Items fixed: Installed door sweep for the front entryway. Works fine. Took care of the draft. Replaced screen on porch door, and also stabilized the door frame. Working great."

"This review is late in coming and that is on me. My home looks fabulous, Mike and his crew did replacement windows, sided whole house and gave me 2 new porches. Looks like a whole new house. Does top notch work and great to work with. Very professional, and treated my house like his own, had a lot of great suggestions. Mike was on the job everyday and his guys were great, and you didn't even know they were there when they left, cleaned up great. Could not beat his prices for the quality of work. I highly recommend Mike to do any job you need on your home. Will definitely be using him again."
