"I used Javier Vasquez Plastering to stucco my whole house which is two storied around 2700 sq ft. There are lot of dry rot issues in my house. He provided the estimate and date of job commencement. I got quote from at least 6 stucco companies and his quote was reasonable among all of them. I did extensive research on Javier Vasquez Plastering before finalizing on using him for my project. He has more than 23 years of experience in this field. Javier has all types of professional workers working with him. He arranged first to remove and fix the dry rot. That was performed with utmost care. That job was a major one. Along with it we replaced couple of windows. Once all the dry rot were fixed, the lathing process started. The guys are fast and professional. The count inspection passed the very first time. The he did the first coat of Stucco in one day. We had over 7 people on that day. The he let the first coat to settle for a week. In the mean time he installed all the pop outs around doors and windows. Then he did the finish coat. The work is excellent and high quality. He only used industry standard products for the work. Javier and his team was meticulous and professional and fast. The whole project started on 8/29/2022 and ended on 10/6/2022. This was the fastest anybody did stucco in my neighborhood. All my neighbors gave extremely good comments regarding the work. They finished the project on time and the quality was top notch. I would hire him again if I need any work. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and anybody who is asking for reference."

"A car hit my house. It did structural damage and blew a 3-foot hole in the stucco. I got 4 estimates, and Innovation Plastering’s was the best value. Jesus and his crew showed up exactly when they promised and worked efficiently and expertly. Day 1 they fixed the structure and did the underlying prep for the stucco. Day 2 they did the actual stucco work, which matches the existing pattern exactly. Day 3 they painted, and no one would ever know that any damage had been done. I’ve already recommended Innovation Plastering to my brother for work he needs at his house."

Load-bearing walls support the weight of your home's structure, including floors, roofs, and other building components. Non-load-bearing walls, on the other hand, serve only as partitions or room dividers. All exterior walls are typically load-bearing, even if they have design features like bump-outs or large glass panels. These walls need precise construction to ensure your home's structural integrity.
Removing a wall costs anywhere from $300 to $10,000 , depending on the size and whether it's load-bearing. Removing load-bearing walls is a more labor-intensive process and typically costs more. To get an accurate estimate for your project, consult a local contractor with the specifics of your wall.
Yes, there are other projects you can tackle at the same time when building a wall. Upgrading to energy-efficient windows or doors can enhance your home’s sustainability and can be integrated into the wall construction process. You might also consider removing existing walls to create an open-concept layout or building a home addition for extra space. Coordinating multiple projects can be cost-effective and streamline your renovation timeline. Discuss your goals with a contractor to help you plan effectively and maximize the benefits of your renovation.
The cost to build a partition wall varies depending on the size and type you choose. Half walls that don't reach the ceiling cost about $10 to $20 per linear foot . Full partition walls made with drywall may cost more due to additional materials and labor. Prices for accordion or panel walls vary widely based on materials and design. Factors like electrical work, insulation, and finishes will also influence your total cost.
Framing is the backbone of wall construction, creating a secure structure that supports everything else. Quality framing ensures that studs, electrical wiring, and plumbing are properly integrated into your home's design. A professional installer uses reliable materials like wood or metal to build a framework that meets building codes and ensures your wall is durable and safe.
