"John came out to my house the day after I requested an estimate. He gave me a reasonable quote and and the timeframe in which he would be able to start the work. His advise and communication allowed me to finish the required demolition right before he started the job. He showed up right on time with his co-worker and did an excellent job. When he ran into an unexpected issue he called me immediately and went above and beyond to solve the problem that could not have been foreseen. I was so happy with the work that I asked him to come back and drywall and plaster the stairway leading up to the bedrooms so that everything looked like new. We had already scheduled new carpet to be installed before he could start the second job. He was true to his word and showed up a couple weeks later and did another excellent job and we couldn't find one speck of dust on the new carpet when they were done. I would recommend to get an estimate from J&M before making a final decision on who you decide to hire."

The quality of their work was superior - no only did they repair the cracked clapboard on the house but they also added the Tyvek insulation, where needed, to prevent further damage. Beyond that, they matched the paint on the house and painted the new clapboards since painting the house is another project for another day. And lastly, they also caulked any cracks in clapboard, window trims and re-nailed a gutter that had come lose. Above and beyond, high quality workmanship and highly recommended."
