"I just bought a 2 bedroom apartment and hired E.C.A. Painting/Edwin Ruiz to do the interior painting of all the rooms.
I am so pleased with the painting job. Just an excellent painting job.
Looks like a brand new apt.
What their estimate was is what I ended up paying.
Very reasonable price.
They started and completed in the time that they said they would.
The ceiling, trim, and doors were in good shape and able to do just one coat on ceiling, trim, and doors.
2 coats on walls.
The kitchen/living room area needed a third coat. Edwin did 3rd coat @ no extra charge.
Used Benjamin Moore paint.
Edwin and his crew are complete professionals. Upfront, Edwin makes sure all parties are clear on the work that will be done. You can tell that they take extreme pride in their work and want their clients to be completely satisfied with the finished product. Edwin has you take a walk through as they are finishing up to make sure that everything is to your liking.
On top of all that, Edwin is a very nice person and a pleasure to work with.

I had ceilings in seven rooms, 2 bathrooms 2 halls and a stairway with popcorn ceilings removed and plastered.
They covered the carpet and flooring as well as covering items that could not be moved. Clean up was good and only residual dust was needed to clean up.
I would hire them again if i had a project in their specialty. I would also recommend them without any reservation.
