"I would recommend San Marcos DryWall Repair. They gave me a fair price for water damage under a window in my home. They replaced the drywall, the baseboards, and painted. It was all done in a single day and looks great."

Small jobs welcome

"Ace in the Hole Painters were super and the price was right. Nick (owner) is very professional, punctual, thorough, precise and personable. He corrected some previous painter's mistakes and cleaned up each day before he left. I had a problem with a paint color and Nick was able to contact the paint company and resolve the issue. I've had 2 previous painting companies paint rooms in my house and neither company could compare to Ace in the Hole Painters. I plan to hire Ace in the Hole Painters again to paint my house exterior. I highly recommend this company. Thanks again, Nick."

"This contractor is one of the most responsive that we have ever worked with, after a ton of experience dealing with many different kinds of contractors. Celso was so professional, respectful and courteous. He sent the team to work on our home and they arrived and completed the entire job very promptly as he was aware off the need to finish the job before a storm was forecasted to arrive. Also, Celso was very thoughtful to follow up with is after the job was completed to ensure we were completely satisfied with the outcome.

Removing a wall costs anywhere from $300 to $10,000 , depending on the size and whether it's load-bearing. Removing load-bearing walls is a more labor-intensive process and typically costs more. To get an accurate estimate for your project, consult a local contractor with the specifics of your wall.

The cost to build a partition wall varies depending on the size and type you choose. Half walls that don't reach the ceiling cost about $10 to $20 per linear foot . Full partition walls made with drywall may cost more due to additional materials and labor. Prices for accordion or panel walls vary widely based on materials and design. Factors like electrical work, insulation, and finishes will also influence your total cost.

Framing is the backbone of wall construction, creating a secure structure that supports everything else.
