Customers say: True professional

"Jesus was very professional and demonstrated the upmost quality in customer service. He called me around 6 in the evening and I was able to have him come by at 7 and take a look at the work I needed to do. He was prompt and showed up within 2 minutes of when he said he would when he came to estimate and later do the work. He came back the next day to do the work. He plastic'd off all areas to keep debris and dust contained and did a fine job cleaning up. He did very good work on all the drywall patching I needed him to do. Great professional contractor unlike the guy from Cloe drywall who wouldn't even call me back like he said he would."

"After searching for some time to find a contractor that would repair EIFS siding, I was very glad to find Left Shore Construction. Steve and his crew (Frank and Logan), worked with me on on all aspects of the repair, and Steve was very upfront on the cost and scheduling of the work. Although the job was quite small, it was still a relief to find someone to actually tackle this repair, and to do it so well. I would not hesitate to recommend Left Shore for any EIFS related repairs."

"We had an AirBNB guest poke a hole in the wall with a broom, trying to kill a spider. We needed to turn around the repair quickly because other guests were booked. Oregon Interiors INC was fast, kind, respectful, and professional. I absolutely would hire them again."

These walls need precise construction to ensure your home's structural integrity.

Removing a wall costs anywhere from $300 to $10,000 , depending on the size and whether it's load-bearing. Removing load-bearing walls is a more labor-intensive process and typically costs more. To get an accurate estimate for your project, consult a local contractor with the specifics of your wall.

Yes, there are other projects you can tackle at the same time when building a wall. Upgrading to energy-efficient windows or doors can enhance your home’s sustainability and can be integrated into the wall construction process. The cost to build a partition wall varies depending on the size and type you choose. Half walls that don't reach the ceiling cost about $10 to $20 per linear foot . Full partition walls made with drywall may cost more due to additional materials and labor. Prices for accordion or panel walls vary widely based on materials and design. Factors like electrical work, insulation, and finishes will also influence your total cost.
