They had me send a couple of pictures of the damaged walls, and then gave me a quote via email based on the photos, which was really reasonable. George came in and fixed the walls in about 4 hours, cleaned up so well that you wouldn't have even known anyone was there (except for the nice smooth walls), and charged me exactly what was quoted.
