"First, Leo came to do an estimate at the time we agreed on. Most important he went on the roof, took his time and, in short order, figured out where the leak was coming from. Several other contractors either did not go on the roof or were less inciteful. Price wise Leo’s bid was middle range. What impressed me most is that the work was not rushed. The crew took their time to ensure that all the work was done correctly. I am extremely pleased with the results. I highly recommend Velasquez Contractors, llc. Hire them! You’ll be glad you did. "Mat does an excellent job and is a pleasure to work with. He is a perfectionist, so he makes sure it's right. He did exactly what we wanted--communication was spectacular. He tore out both of our old plastic tub/shower combos and installed a tub with gorgeous till work in our guest bath, and then turned our master tub/shower into a beautiful and luxurious walk-in shower. We asked him to put lights in the showers, and he did. It's so hard to find talented carpenters today who won't also try to take you to the cleaners. Mat is the best and is worth MORE than he charges. We can't wait until we are able to redo our kitchen. We will definitely be calling him!!"
