"A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."

"5 Stars ! I hired Overstate multiple times . Yani was so polite and professional , I needed to replace my plaster ceilling in 4 different rooms . It started in a small project and slowly I decided working with Yani on a new bathroom remodel , framing and other drywall services . "Tommy and Danielle did a beautiful job plastering and painting my historic home allowing us to keep the charm of traditional plaster. They repaired the ceiling and walls of an entryway and living room as well as our spare guest room and main bedroom. They fit me into their busy schedule and got the job done working through a weekend. They are very friendly and helpful with suggestions for repairs. I would have them back in a second for other projects."
