"So glad I found Lance and Home Pride Painting,Inc.!! Lance came to my home to estimate repair of my “sad” water-damaged ceiling, window trim and wall. He was prompt, professional and listened to what I had to say. He explained the potential for finding structural damage behind the drywall and possible mold contamination, and said we would address as needed. His explanation of the process and materials was very thorough, and the price quoted was fair for the work needed. He emailed his estimate over a weekend and advised he had a schedule opening to get the job done quickly. Sean and Jeremy arrived on time and did a fantastic job preparing the room for the “mess.” They were personable, professional and respectful, setting my expectations for the project. They quickly opened up the ceiling, window trim and wall, showing me there was no mold or structural damage, and they had the old insulation replaced and the new drywall in place and partially finished the first day. The drywall was finished the second day and left to thoroughly dry to be ready for texture and paint, which was completed the third day. I’m amazed and thrilled with the end result!! The ceiling and wall appear seamless—you cannot tell where the patching was done. The ceiling and wall texture are also seamless and the paint blended perfectly. In addition to the excellent result, I couldn’t have asked for a more thorough cleanup, and return of my home to normal. Lance came by to inspect the work and I let him know how pleased I am. "I can’t stop admiring my beautiful ceilings!!! Sergio the popcorn ceiling remover and Sergio the ceiling painter did an excellent job smoothing my ceilings and painting them. Prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, accommodating—I have no complaints, only compliments for their hard work and skill for this extremely messy project. I do plan to hire them in the near future to remove the popcorn ceilings on the second story of my home. Very satisfied from start to finish. Would highly recommend!"

"Best thing I can say is hire Lance, Frankie, and his crew! They are great!!! Lance worked with me from start to finish on timing and project details plus changes and additions to the job. Lance takes the time to go over everything and actually cares about the job and the work. All of the crew was very friendly. They didn't insist on coming at crazy hours and took great care for the surrounding areas at which they did work at. They first ripped out the garage ceiling and installed new ceiling. They patched and painted the whole garage and replace attic ladder and installed it correctly unlike the one that was up. He undertook installing a flex garage tile and took the time to cut everything properly even around stationary items in the garage. Next we had some trim work around skylights along with patch work up there along with some other drywall patching and reinforcement along with paint. Amazing job...everything looks great. We couldn't be happier and glad we hired Lance!!!"

"Actual repairs to small area of plaster water damage and drywall cracks were good and acceptable. But the worker left debris in my home, down the pavers from my porch to my driveway and then from there to where he parked his truck. As well as several chips on the corners of door ways. It took several hours of work to cleanup-the mess. I had to use soap and water with a longhandled brush to cleanup the pavers and driveway since the debris - plaster pieces - were ground into the pavers and driveway by the steps of the worker. By the way- this site won't let pictures be loaded since it does not let large files to be sent. These pictures are available."
