Russel and I exchanged text and photos, and he came to the house to confirm his understanding of the scope of the work. I was on their schedule a week later, and the drywaller arrived a few minutes early. He installed furniture and carpet protection from the job site all the way to the door to ensure that he kept the hours clean. His demolition was fast and he let me inspect the are in the cavity before install the patch so I could quickly check for other plumbing issues. His patch work and texturing were also quick and tidy, and the match to the surrounding/untouched ceiling looks pretty good. They also removed some decorative mirrors in the living area again, repaired the drywall and matched the plaster pattern. They also applied a skim coat to the kitchen walls then painted everything they had repaired. Luke was very knowledgeable as was his team. They were very service minded, courteous and friendly.
