"First, Leo came to do an estimate at the time we agreed on. Most important he went on the roof, took his time and, in short order, figured out where the leak was coming from. Several other contractors either did not go on the roof or were less inciteful. Price wise Leo’s bid was middle range. What impressed me most is that the work was not rushed.
