"I purchased a 12 X 16 Gazebo from Samâ s Club and was looking for someone to assemble and install. Via Home Advisor, Mr. Luis M. Jimenez of LMJ General Construction LLC contacted me and visited my home to review the gazebo. He obtained the gazebo name and model number and downloaded the assembling instructions provided online (pdf). Once he reviewed the 111 steps guide, he contacted me and provided me a fair quote for the job. In addition, he was able to install the gazebo within five days of contacting me. In conversation with Luis, I also asked what other work his company perform, and he mentioned concrete, carpentry, renovation, etc. I had recently had a concrete patio installed and Luis was able to seal the concrete for me in addition to installing the gazebo. I would highly recommend LMJ Construction LLC for your project. The team arrived timely (8:00 a.m.) on Saturday morning, March 26 (a crew of three) and did an outstanding job assembling the gazebo. After assembling he also cleaned up the work area and stacked the cardboard boxes. I was also satisfied with the sealing of the concrete. "We had family coming in 2 weeks after we signed on with Fresh Coat. They went above and beyond to make sure the project was done before family came in. We had 9 rooms popcorn ceilings removed, all of the trim painted, and every room in the house painted. We also had them stain our decks. We could not be happier. They did not hesitate to fix any small things we pointed out. (paint touch up, etc.) They have that as part of their service regardless, but they pointed out and fixed little spots we didn't even notice. The team was very professional and courteous.
