"Andy did a great job. He showed up when he said he would and communicated when needing to leave early or show up late. His drywall repairs were spot on! You would never know there was previously any cracks. In addition to great drywall repair, he did an excellent job painting and took extra care to cover every detail. He checked in with us daily to make sure he was meeting our expectations. Andy got to know our family while working for us and even went out of his way to bring sweet treats for our kids! "It worked out really good. They were very good and had to work with our insurance company. They did a lot of the middle work for us between us and the insurance company and helped with that a lot. Their price was fair and the quality was excellent. They were very busy and had a lot of people with storm damage. Their punctuality was excellent and they were very professional. They came when they said they were coming and did the work. I used them the year before because we had the same type of storm that did similar damage to our roof so we used them at that time."

"It is so easy to work with them. They listened, helped us pick out what was needed for the project. It was a total remodel of the bathroom. We only have one bathroom and they worked with us to make sure that we had what we needed every night before they left for the day. The work is awesome! We are very pleased. "Upon uncovering a leak during a rain, I emailed Maximus Contracting through Angie's List. They were my 3rd email sent but the previous 2 had other things going on and couldn't accommodate the 1-2 day appointment I needed to prevent further leak damage. Eric (Owner) was very responsive and responded to my email quickly. Upon return call, he said he could have someone there that day. Leo arrived and immediately assessed the situation and explained the required repairs to me. Upon his call to Eric and then Eric's call to me to discuss the repair cost, I was very satisfied with the agreed-to price. Eric even had Leo caulk the vent above the garage with no increase in cost. Leo left to get materials and returned in about 20 minutes. The actual repairs took him about 1.5 hours and after cleaning up, he was there for about 3 hours. The weather looked like rain and it did rain that evening and the next day, so I am grateful to Eric for answering my email and acting promptly. I will go back to Maximus General Contracting for any future home repairs.
