Not only is Alex a true Craftsman in his field, he is also polite and professional. His extensive prep work kept all of the mess of plaster work contained. He cleaned up everything completely. His texturing of the plaster and the painting of the ceiling are so good that it's imperceptible where the the repair was done. My husband and I are delighted with Alex' work. "I hired Patch Bros for a drywall patch and to have an attic access point installed in my ceiling. I had previously planned on hiring a different pro who had already given me an estimate, but then never called me back to move forward with the job. I am certainly glad that he didn’t, because the folks at Patch Bros gave me an estimate at more than HALF the price of the other company! They were quick to call me and set up the job and made short work of the project, and I paid exactly what was quoted in the estimate...which is always nice. I highly recommend them!"

"Fernando was happy to work with me via text, no phones calls beyond the initial contact were required. We closed in our garage, had another provider handle the framing and exterior siding, while Drywall EXT installed sheet rock. This is not hyperbole, the new wall is the flattest surface in my house. "Jerry showed up on time. He started telling me about putting screws in the drywall. I did not know what he was talking about at first and then he explained it to me. I always just saw the drywall put on with nails not screws. It is great that they use all screws now. Moisture corrodes on the top of the nail head and it makes a bulge in the surface, then falls off and looks like a hole is in the drywall. Screws also lessen the chance of cracks later on because they hold the drywall tighter to the studs. Jerry was very patience with me when I asked him to put more screws in and fix some more cracks that I found when he was working. His initial price was a lot at first and he agreed to do it at my lower price. After I found the other cracks, I told him that I would give him his initial price. It was more involved and took more time than I thought it would take. Jerry was nice, worked very hard and paid attention to detail. I would highly recommend him."
