Called Tim Hughes to let him know and he immediately said it would get taken care of. Came early on appointment date, laid out plastic and drop cloths, did repairs in about 2.5 hours to both ceilings and you could never tell they were repaired. Excellent work. "Outstanding craftsman, does excellent work. Michael Connor remodeled our existing, dated game room. He removed the paneled walls and old stained ceiling, replaced these with dry wall, cove molding, floors and baseboard in a most beautiful manner. He also did a great job on the steps to the upstairs using stained oak with 2 hand rails for safety. Then he redid our small bathroom in the adjacent utility room. But the crowning glory is the wet bar with oak trim all over. It is unique and stunning!"

"Tyler was very prompt and answering my request to remove some trim from my kitchen cabinets because of a leak from the bathroom above it. He listened when I asked if he could come sooner, he replied quickly and was here the same day, even though it was just a small job.
