"Terry is the guy who came to give an estimate. He was very personable and responsive. Prices were very good and he was willing to fit our small half day project in asap. In the end our regular guy called to say he could now fit us in right after Terry left. I will keep this company in mind for future projects if needed. So to be honest the star rating on his work was based on other reviews and first impression. It didn't seem right to give anything less than 5 stars when his over all rating was almost there already."

From our first visit from Jose when he came to our home to provide an estimate, until the day his team completed the work, Professionals Painting was everything you'd ever want from a contractor doing work on your home -- they were always prompt (arrived exactly when they said they would); their quality of work was absolutely top-notch (best paint job we've had in 40 years of home-ownership); their pricing was excellent (lowest bid of 4 different contractors selected from our review of Angie's List providers in our area); they were completely trustworthy (we ended up giving Jose the code to our smart locks -- they came and went as needed...never felt even slightly compelled to be there with them); they were consummate professionals; and most importantly, they were wonderful people (those you'd love to have as your in-laws or nextdoor neighbors). We actually added some additional tasks (more than outlined in the original bid) after Jose & his team started their work. While this was unexpected, Jose was happy to help out and provided very fair pricing for the additional work. When the entire job was completed, we actually ended up paying Jose additional money -- a bonus -- because of the tremendous work they'd done and because Jose had to juggle his schedule around to accommodate our additional requests. As some other Angie's List reviewers have noted, Jose's team doesn't necessarily speak fluent English. They're all obviously very intelligent, but some hurdles were sometimes necessary to overcome the communication barrier. But Jose is very fluent, so there were never any real issues. Bottom line, I would absolutely hire Professionals Painting again, and would give my highest recommendation and endorsement to family, friends and fellow Angie's List subscribers. Jose, Geraldo, and the rest of his team are fantastic!"
