"Rob did a great job on the drywall repairs. I would definitely hire him again. He was in repairing the wall and he repainted it and made sure the paint was a match. He used drop cloths to cover the area. When he was finished , he cleaned up all the debris and took it wit him. I was very pleased with his professional job."

"Leonard was the point person for Caliber Construction. He was extremely helpful in working through the issues with our insurance company, who was inclined to not pay for a roof replacement. Leonard was able to identify damage to each section of our roof, document the damage, and articulate the condition to the adjuster. I truly believe without Leonard helping through the process, we would not have gotten a favorable verdict from the insurer.
The tear off and installation went well with no issues. Inspection of the roof both from above and from the attic indicated a quality job with no issues. Leonard was on time, met the budget, and completed a thorough walk-through detailing all of the outstanding items or issues encountered in the installation. "We were initially just doing basement insulation, drywall, and paint refinish. We had plumbing done to have shower, vanity, and toilet install. Then bath remodel upstairs. These guys did a fantastic job! We discovered there wasn't anything they couldn't do. Not only did they do a great job, they did everything at very reasonable prices. They did such great work in the basement we had them redo our upstairs bath and replace everything - flooring, wall tiles removed and walls refinished, new vanity, toilet, and shower. They even helped with plumbing needs our plumbers could not and gave a great recommendation for electircal box replacement and wiring. They beat, by far, all the others who overbid the job and worked closely with us to give us what we wanted and needed. It was a big plus that they clean up after each job and checked on quality of work. We have spring and summer work and patio install we want to do. We will be calling them for their help with getting this done. I can't say enough about Jeff and Matt. These guys are amazing. The only way you can go wrong with them, is by not calling them to do any job you need done."
