They were so spectacular and skilled in finishing we had asked them to take on new projects as soon as they could (and they made it happen!) Specifically, they took what looked like a sad construction site with lopsided beams and poor drywall cuts and edges, shotty mudding and tile work (done by an awful contractor) and transformed our house into a place we can finally start calling a home. The team overall is trustworthy, thoughtful and care immensely about client happiness and it shows. Time and time, with unparalleled kindness, professionalism and honestly they delivered craft and made what could have been a stressful construction experience truly joyful: The kind of peace of mind that is truly priceless. "Sam is the man and we love the way our basement remodel turned out. Sam's work ethic and attention to detail are second to none. When ever an issue came up Sam promptly took care of it. He always took the time to explain any changes that needed to be made and did not proceed until we gave him the ok. He is very professional and cleaned up everyday before he left. He showed up on time and often went above and beyond to please us on our renovation. I feel like Sam worked on our house as if it was his own house. "This was a very involved plaster repair and remediation job, in a very old house. Grady is the only person (or company) who was willing to take on the job and drive all the way from Pennsylvania to our home in Northern Virginia. There are very few people who do this kind of work anymore (we really searched) and he is an expert in his field. We needed to work around his schedule, because he is in demand in the tri-state area, so it took awhile to schedule the work to begin... but it was worth it."
