Both painting jobs were performed professionally and turned out exactly as we were hoping. "My beach house on Topsail Island had extensive roof damage from hurricane Florence. The island was closed to homeowners for several days while the authorities cleaned up the devastation. When I was finally allowed on the island, I found the kitchen, family, dining room and bath completely covered with mold. I immediately called my insurance agent who told me to contact a mold remediation team. I called Fast & Friendly; they were on site within 90 minutes doing a complete moisture assessment.
