We chose a smaller, lower cost guy contractor who promised at lot for our fairly small and unique drywall/paint remodel project. Their communication professionalism and flexibility in working with our unusual project stood out to us as a level of dedication to customer service with integrity that is hard to find these days... 1) CS1's owner showed up on site to assure everything was clear and in-line with our intentions, communicating superbly with us at the beginning, middle, and end. 2) CS1 used an online project management system which offers thorough documentation and access. The system is in a class far above most of their competitors.
