The system is in a class far above most of their competitors. If they continue implementing the systems full capabilities and assuring users understand it, its communication value pushes them towards being genuine super-stars. 3) Our project had unexpected changes and unique twists that they allowed, going above and beyond to flexibly meet our needs as best they could.
