"Berty did a fantastic job!  Very knowledgeable, he advised us as to the best options for our project in our budget  and we are glad we listened to him.   Very professional!  He arrived on time, completed the project on time as promised.  Was understanding when we needed to change the date and was able to work around our schedule. Very neat, the kitchen was left clean, did a good job sealing off the room so other rooms would not be affected  by dust. Pleasant to work with and a reasonable price for the quality of work. We will never go to another plasterer for our future renovation needs. The walls and ceiling look amazing!   We had another contractor come in to look at another project and the first thing he said when he saw Berty's work was "Well you got someone who knew what they were doing!"  My husband said he wishes he were around to see how he did it, the walls and ceiling were so uneven to start and when he was done everything was so even. "Their work was excellent. Only issue we had was the scheduling. I had a ceiling installed in the bathroom. Day one, carpenter did his framing and the 2 workers stated I would be called to set a time. However they were at the door at 8am. They were 45 minutes early the first day (7:15am) and I never even met Marcio for the initial inspection. He came early and my partner let him in. The painters painted the ceiling but went down onto the wall though I told them they didn't need to since it was not in the contract. They apologized and painted all the bathroom walls in return. I like these guys. They are fast, responded right away and did great work. They just need to communicate between themselves and Marcio a little better. Schedule issues were minor for me- I'm retired. If you need good work done quickly--I highly recommend them. The price was very reasonable, response time was fast , they cleaned up nicely and everything finished in 3 days: frame, drywall/plaster and paint. I would hire them again."
