"Rafael and his team were the best. We had hired someone to repair the ceiling drywall from a roof leak and replace drywall removed for new acâ s and furnace installed in the attic. "OK. after three or four bids, we finally chose Albaro and Apple drywall. I dont regret of choosing his service. 1- Scope: 2000 squre feet house with new drywalls. Half of them is green board. 2- Material used. Lowes Gold Bond lightweight drywalls( I am not sure you can pick homedepot drywall or not, but this is his preferred brand) At least these are made in USA. He used like 100 to 120 sheets. 3- Craftsmanship. Very impressive. My painter said he noticed the drywall was done above standard. And they all want referrals to him. 4- Price: His price is reasonable among all other bids. The market price is like 90-110ish per 12x4 sheet. I believe his price around the range. Note, that is including hang, texture, mudding and sanding down. 5- Extra costs: you need to be clear on scope. Like how to deal with preparation, trash, post clean-up, insulation and others. I did pay some extra on those, but you want to clarify the scope ahead. 6- customer service: He is very responsive."
