"A water leak from the upstairs bathroom created a mess in the drywall ceiling of my garage. Jesse gave me a very reasonable estimate to repair the damaged areas. He opened up access to the leak and gave me a chance to have a plumber come in and repair that part of the project. By that time, the water damage had spread to a couple more areas, and I notified Jesse of the increase in the scope of the project. He promptly returned, reassessed the damage, and provided me with another reasonable estimate. We gave the area about a week to dry out, and then Jesse (and Juan) returned to do the work. And what work they did--my ceiling looks perfect and matches the rest of the textured ceiling flawlessly. They worked at a steady pace, they worked cleanly and professionally, no loud music to fill the rest of the house while they were working, and when he notified me that they were done, I went out and was extremely well-pleased with the result. Seeing that LM Coatings also does exterior painting and pressure washing, we decided to also get an outdoor quote for numerous pressure washing and painting of exterior doors and foundation. We were thinking of just doing the interior first and the exterior down the road, but decided to do all of it due to the fair price. Luis is very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to assess all of our projects quickly and give a thorough detailed quote. He and his crew are very polite and hardworking; even working all weekend in some cases. Although this project is named interior home paint, it obviously included drywall work, pressure washing many different things (including a metal roof) and exterior painting as well.
