"We contracted RCL Remodeling to assist with some drywall repairs in our DC townhome last month and were extremely pleased with their professional and thorough approach to their work. The two-man crew that worked on our unit did a fantastic job and were extremely communicative both before and during the repairs. We will definitely hire RCL Remodeling again should we need any additional work done on our house."

"We have worked with Balteza Property Services on several home projects and they are always wonderful! Theyâ ve painted our wood paneled room (and fixed issues along the way), repaired damaged drywall in and painted our kitchen, painted our front door, repaired a damaged hallway wall, installed an outlet, and installed a light fixture. They are easy to schedule, we trust them to work on projects while weâ re away, and the end result always surpasses expectations. Happy to work with again in the future and to recommend."

"Sam is great to work with. I had the den carpet taken up and replaced with tile that looked like wood. It came out beautifully. Sam was instrumental with designs ideas on materials to use. Job was completed meticulously in a timely manner. Clean up was great. The estimate for the project was on target. I canâ t say enough good things about Sam and his company. He really listens to his customer and what their vision is for the completed project. I highly recommend them and will use them again."

"I contacted this company to tile my balcony. Wilfredo came to my condo to assess the job and gave me a cost estimate. (I had the tile I wanted to use for the job.) He has a handyman, Ricardo, who is a tile expert!! Miraculously, he was able to tile my balcony using the tiles I had down to the LAST tile. Wilfredo 's team was excellent--punctual, polite, professional, meticulous and clean. Wilfredo's company offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee and, to me, they fulfilled that guarantee. I am very pleased with the work they did. I would hire them again."
