He climbed up a ladder to examine issues he would encounter while making the estimate, and he was knowledgeable on gutters. It was 3-4 weeks before he got to doing the job, but he had said they would continue on with doing gutters up until the end of the year. It took a couple of days (cold ones at that) and I was not here when work was performed, but they did clean everything up in the end. The price was in the middle of the bids that we received.
