"We were very pleased with the job that Full Phase Gutters did installing new seamless gutters and downspouts for our house. They were nice enough to come by and give us an estimate very early on a rainy morning since it was the only time we could see them. We liked it that they have three kinds of gutters to choose from, and they showed us pictures of each. Their "Gutter Helmet" was just the type of gutter we wanted since we've always had a big problem with seedlings, leaves, and twigs clogging our gutters. The team did a superb job of installing the gutters on our house, making sure to put the downspouts exactly the way we wanted. Both gutters and downspouts look great! "Jesse was extremely responsive when we called him and explained that our roof was leaking. The roof damage was a result of a storm, and when we called him it was still raining outside (and inside). We explained that we needed an emergency tarp installed until we could sort through the insurance process and arrange for proper repairs. He was so understanding and accommodating during what was frankly a very stressful and panicky time for us, the homeowners. He said he would try and get there that same day to put the tarp up, but that he couldn't guarantee it because he was on another job. Obviously we understood, but were nervous about waiting. He then called me back about an hour later and said he re-arranged his schedule and he would definitely be able to get to our house that day! I was so relieved!
Jesse came that evening and put the tarp on. He was very communicative throughout the whole process. He helped us understand what he saw when he was on the roof. Unfortunately he indicated the repair job was just not something he could fit in before the winter due to scheduling conflicts, but he gave us several recommendations for other roofers to call. He seemed to genuinely care that we were able to find the help we needed. He stayed in touch with me personally for several weeks after the initial tarp install, checking in, asking if we had found a contractor yet. And he even came back to the house once to re-install a portion of the wood braces holding the tarp up when it came off in a wind storm... and he didn't charge us for it.
We would have LOVED to have had Jesse perform the actual roof repair, but unfortunately timing just didn't work out. However, we are extremely grateful to Jesse and his stellar customer service and kindness. He was so helpful, and so generous with his time and expertise - he really went miles above and beyond for us and can't thank him enough!  We would absolutely recommend on Jesse on the basis of his customer service and professionalism. He was very professional and the only sign that he had been here were the clean gutters and siding and I was charged exactly what I was quoted in the estimate.
