"Marcio Grasso arrived on time and was knowledgeable and professional.  He performed the job contracted for in the Angie's List deal, and then offered to do an additional repair for a spot he identified that was not included in the Angie's List deal.  He left and picked up the supplies he needed, and was finished with the entire project within 2 hours of arriving.  He showed me the old shingles, and had pictures on his phone. I asked him about repairing some gutters that have a few leaks in them, and he said he doesn't work on that type of (hanging) gutter.  I appreciated that since the problems we're having with the gutters are due to someone trying to install them when they didn't actually know how.
