"Placed order approximately 3 months before the work was performed. When I called to get a quote they responded very promptly and came out to give me a quote. I purchased the gutter helmet system on that day. The only problem was that they could not get out to do the install until 3 months later. I thought that was a very long wait time to get the product installed. At least I didn't have to pay for the gutter helmet guards until after they were installed. The installer showed up on the scheduled day and time just fine. He was very professional about his work and did a very good job. I am pleased with how the gutter helmet performs.

"My experience with Alan Weis Contracting has been totally positive, they put a roof on my house and did a great job and my skepticism in this case was unfounded. I was somewhat cautious and skeptical going into this roofing job as I have two bad experiences over the years with other roofers and both times thought everything was going well till the end and ended up cheated out of money and also had poor workmanship on the roofing job. The sales manager for Alan Weis Contracting, Ed Dumas, was who I dealt with, on this roofing job, I have to say I have not met a nicer more honest upstanding person in the roofing business. He thoroughly understood where I was coming from and made sure things went well and done right. This was refreshing as I had doubts going into this. Ed was very congenial and thoroughly professional, did exactly what he said he/they would do. I did not know this company or anything about them before contacting them about looking at my roof for an estimate on shingle replacement. I only knew that the previous owner of my house had used them sometime in the past. My review of my dealing with this company is a 5 star plus. I only hope this review will help someone else who is wondering about using this company. Ed is a top notch person in the right job as he likes people and wants the job done right the first time and will work with you to make it happens! "This is a great company!  Had an immediate response with a very clear explanation, including the possibility that the old gutters might have to be replaced for the Gutter Helmet to fit.  It turned out the gutters did have to be replaced due to the size of the old gutters.  The new gutters and covers were very reasonably priced.  Much less than we thought they would be!  I highly recommend this company!  We are very happy with the work and the product!!!
