She came out within a couple days. I was given a quote for just a repair...and one for replacing our whole gutter system. "The painters showed up when promised.  They were polite and courteous not only to ourselves but to our neighbors as well.  They carefully taped and covered all services so there would not be any paint dropped.  They were so meticulous with their work that they came back and put a third coat of paint on the surface even though we had only received a bid for two coats.  In addition, while the extension ladders were up on our two story house they also helped us touch up the hard to reach rain gutters.
