"Shawn, the marketing manager, showed me all the details of the gutter guards. They are marine grade to withstand the weather. They were installed at an angle (usual practice) to enable the debris to slide or roll off the gutters. The gutter covers are screwed on and not glued on. They are also sculpted to give debris more airflow to wash off the gutter covers. All my questions were answered. The crew were very efficient and cleaned up the yard after themselves. "I'm giving a 4.5 only because I just had GGA install valor gutter guards. It's October and leaves and debris will be problematic soon and I need to see them in action under a heavey downpour to give 5.0 stars. Other than that, I got four quotes. The sales professional was the most through. The price was on point for the quality of gutter guards. I got the "Valor gutter guards". After doing my due dilligence I believe these to be superior gutter guards. Obviously time will tell. Install team was great, on time and efficient. My only complaint is a small one, they unstrapped one of my upper downspouts that dumps into my lower first floor gutters in order to get the gutter guard fitted in place. But forgot to either install a longer strap, move the strap further up the downspout. Anyway it is just hanging out undone."

They even replaced a board that was bad, and installed a couple of other things that weren't even part of the original quote, at no extra charge. Our new gutters look great. Fast, efficient, work crew. No mess left behind, like they were never there. Fast response to initial call. Came out and gave estimate that evening. Great customer service. Nice, friendly people. We'd recommend to anyone looking for new gutters."
