He said he gave me a 20% discount for being a healthcare worker but I was never given a price before said discount. Either way, he was courteous and respectful. Didn’t ask to speak to the man of the house before I made a decision. Didn’t ask personal questions. Wasn’t condescending. He was very professional. Not the typical douche sales guy. The guys that came onsite were also respectful. They finished the job in 5 hrs. Was not expecting the job to take that long but you can’t rush perfection. One of the guys was very young. I was impressed that a company would hire such a young guy so I was very happy to see that he has an opportunity to learn a skill. It hasn’t rained therefore haven’t had the opportunity to determine whether the gutters were properly placed. The installers asked me if everything was to my satisfaction.
