I met Lucas before giving the project to him and knew right way he would take care of it for me. The project was large, repairs from water damage, vinyl plank, carpeting, painting, etc. I was blown away when I drove over to see the work he had done. It was so much more, and better than I expected. He communicated with me regularly, identified and fixed things that needed repair, and simply gave me peace of mind during the process.
