In a couple of trouble spots, they took their time and made the repair correctly instead of simply getting it done quickly. They took pictures of the issues before the work and then after to ensure that I was happy with what was done (which certainly saved me from having to climb high ladder to check). During the repair, they discovered a location where squirrels had been entering my attic that I had been unable to locate. They patched the area and we've been squirrel-free ever since!
