"I have a commercial building with an unusual gutter / downspout situation. The building, while rather new, floods due to excessive water coming down from an upper roof, to a lower roof, then onto the ground - with a higher than normal grade in this one particular area. I worked with Craig McCully from brothers gutters . com. Craig was super to work with, took time to let me explain and understand this situation. He climbed the roof and devised a plan that appears quite plausible. I've received the estimate a short time later and I'm pleasantly surprised with the quote. I will be hiring them soon to do the job. BTW, two other gutter companies came out looked up in the air and basically walked away without looking back.
