"They came early and did the complete roof while we were out of town. We were amazed, but discovered the crew did not replace some weak decking that we had discussed. The boss came out and looked at the roof again, and agreed with us the decking in several spots needed to be replaced. Within the same week, the crew came back out and tore off the brand new roof, fixed the decking, and replaced another brand new roof.

I was very impressed with their crew and attention to detail. They did not make any money on my roof, as they did it twice, and didn't charge me a penny more to fix what I was not happy with. "Job started on date agreed upon, three days to complete; work, clean up, and follow through was great. Inspection of new roof was acceptable and balance was paid on 2/19/2008. Shortly after collection of payment balance, company called again requesting payment, they were told their agent had already picked it up. Agent promised warranty would be sent out within the next few days. Two weeks later, 3/13/08 I called as warranty was never sent out. Company did not return call yesterday and have not responded to my call as of 24 hours later. As warranty was a significant factor in choice of company to use, this is a significant concern at this time."

"Jesse and his crew did a super job replacing the old shingles on my house and garage, upgrading my roof to Class 4 Impact resistant shingles, and installing a roof ridge vent to eliminate the old thru-roof vents. The whole crew was friendly and considerate. Clean-up was fantastic - I only found one roofing nail on the ground after they were done. Five stars for sure!!!"
