I had to laugh because it sounded strange because the down spouts and gutters were correct size for a metal roof, unlike my previous ones and installed correctly unlike my old ones. That is why it sounded different because all the water coming off roof stayed in the gutters instead of over flowing like my old ones did. Replacement parts for galvanized gutters is hard to find but Ray went above and beyond to find exactly what I needed. He made several trips to Indpls to find them. We talked about replacing the downspouts with white aluminum but Ray said he wanted to do the job right and get galvanized so they would match. That is a quality that I don't see very often any more.
