They also sealed around the base of the chimney and patched some holes in the stucco of the chimney and sealed around the top of the chimney where the nails had backed out. It has rained several times since the repairs on February 7, 2023 and I have checked for leaks in the attic and there are none. I have viewed the top of the gutter where the guards were installed (no ladder) and I can not see any build up of leaves or pine needles!!!! This peace of mind upgrade was well worth the cost of having him do the work. I do not have to concern myself about cleaning out the gutters ever so often.
