"I have a commercial building with an unusual gutter / downspout situation. The building, while rather new, floods due to excessive water coming down from an upper roof, to a lower roof, then onto the ground - with a higher than normal grade in this one particular area. I worked with Craig McCully from brothers gutters . com. Craig was super to work with, took time to let me explain and understand this situation. He climbed the roof and devised a plan that appears quite plausible. I've received the estimate a short time later and I'm pleasantly surprised with the quote. I will be hiring them soon to do the job. BTW, two other gutter companies came out looked up in the air and basically walked away without looking back. "Roof Repair and Leak Experts was fine. It was good. He had everything with him and it was a good service. It wasn't long before they provided the service, I don't remember when but I know that I didn't have to wait. There was on additional charge of about $500 on top of the $99. He showed me where I had a lot of cracks up the roof, they took pictures and he did some extra things like clear out a couple of gutters that wasn't included but he did that for me. Where it was was very steep and he went over there and found the problem for me. He was timely and cleaned everything up. I give him an A in the service itself. Yes, I would use him again."
