He called within ten minutes said he would be there at a certain time he was here at that time. They are knowledgeable he was complete and gave us a quote quickly. They also took care of everything including the work permit and engineer. Every time we called he was there they went above and beyond I cannot say how lucky we were to find such a honest, and hard working group of guys who came to our aide when we were desperate for our home to be repaired. "Family owned company that is very easy to work with. They took off old roof and gutters and had new roof and the correct size gutters on my house in two days. I am very pleased. The foreman was reachable and easy to talk to. The two man crew that worked on the house were very nice. I would recommend this company to family and friends. It is funny, the next night after they had finished it rained. It sounded strange so I went out to look. I had to laugh because it sounded strange because the down spouts and gutters were correct size for a metal roof, unlike my previous ones and installed correctly unlike my old ones. That is why it sounded different because all the water coming off roof stayed in the gutters instead of over flowing like my old ones did. He fixed our soffits that were in complete disarray and considered it apart of the job. We requested he use the downspouts we previously had on the house. Without being asked to; he even painted them for us. He left the workplace more clean than when he had arrived and even discarded scrap that was on my property beforehand. I often read reviews and am skeptical of committing to a purchase because I wonder if someone has personal ties to a company.
