They showed up on time, they were courteous and polite and cleaned up after themselves. When there were two downspouts missing due to my husbands late changes they refused to take payment until the job was done as promised. Two days later they came back and completed the job. Very, very satisfied with the job. UPDATE 3/27/2020: I gave them 5 stars after the work was done.
