"Project went very well. Bret provided various online patio designs so we could see exactly what our new patio would look like. That was the only reason we were able to go ahead with the project. His crew removed the existing concrete patio which provided some challenges. There was no easy access to the back yard for hauling away the concrete. Also we had five exiting brick planter boxes, a brick wall, and brick steps. The crew had to cut around these without damaging them. The drainage was a big issue for us. For years we have had standing water in small puddles at various low points on our patio. The drainage issue appears to be resolved. The new pavers look great."

"The owner, Fernando, spent time with us describing various products and made recommendations based on our specific location (under heavy Douglas fir trees). He also went into the attic to look for signs of leaks and to evaluate the condition of the plywood sheathing, and spent time on the roof to evaluate flashing, valleys, etc.. He also pointed out that there was a crack on the chimney top that would likely lead to water infiltration (we appreciated the information and we followed up and had the chimney repaired by a chimney specialist). The contractor showed up at the agreed time, accomplished the work professionally, and cleaned up the site at the completion of the work. We were very pleased with their service, willingness to listen to us, and cleanliness of the site upon completion. A few days after completion, the supervisor reviewed the quality of the work to ensure that the work met Forest Roofing’s high standards. He found two minor issues and sent a roofer back to make adjustments."
