"I last reviewed this Company in March 2022. Their Services, if possible, have only Improved. Arrived on schedule, completed on schedule. Tom Mogel and his entire Crew are friendly, professional and devoted to accomplishing the task in an expeditious manner."

"Ryan came in well under the asking price compared to 3 other contractor quotes. He worked until the job was done right. The borough engineer came out and the job passed on the initial inspection. Ryan remained flexible upon small changes on the project. Just some constructive criticism: Firstly, I wasn’t aware that the project would worked on after normal business hours. It wasn’t an issue for myself but it wasn’t brought up in planning conversations. Just curbing/communicating expectations prior the start of the job may be helpful. Secondly there was no rush on my end to get the job done. Understandably time is money in any business but there were a few times that the project did not seem to be completely clearly understood. Nothing wrong with over communicating and making sure it is what the customer wants. However, asking more then twice can blur the line of whether the project is understood. Suggestion would be to take some time before breaking ground and run through the project, map it out, and provide a list of services being preformed/provided. You won’t get everything, there are always unknown variables in projects, but the big picture details will be taken care. Again overall great job Ryan, and I really appreciate your help and business!"

"Top notch landscaping, lawn care and plowing service. They have been our one and only now for several years and they do a great job of keeping our yard and beds looking great! Always quick to get us plowed out after moderate to heavy snow falls. Super responsive and all around nice people. Highly recommend!"

"Gary provided quick service, very professional and undertook removal of large bushes. Very fair pricing and I will continue to reach out to him for future projects."

"We had an old fence removed before a new one was installed. I also live out of state at this time, so Roman was very accommodating. He met me at my convenience and was very professional and friendly. The quality of work was amazing. Kudos!"

"The biggest surprise, especially for the unknown weather that happens is, Vantage Property Solutions LLC took care of snow removal for the second time and I didn't have to call or worry about it. It was just done, what a wonderful feeling to know they did exactly what I had hoped they would do, and it was done for a reasonable price."

"The job went great! Very quick response to my request for a quote. Dave went to look at the job the very same day and gave a better than exceptional quote. He took the time to listen to my concerns for over 30 minutes on the initial phone call. Great experience all around. Would recommend anyone to him."
