I have a bose sound bar and lost a part for it to work and Tom spent 3 weeks to try to get it for me. He was disappointed to tell me that they no longer have the part available, but I appreciate all the effort. Tom is not only spectacular at his job, he is one of the nicest guys. I highly recommend him if you want the job done right."
