"Roy and his team did a great job! They are professional, timely, thorough, and have an eye for detail. We bought a house that had a butchered, antiquated electrical system that was unsafe and chaotic. Roy and his team stepped in and not only sorted out the mess but put in its place a state-of-the-art electrical system that has been greatly simplified, and made safe and convenient (Roy spent time walking through the house with me talking through placement of switches and other features that ensured we had light in all the right places and flows perfectly with day-to-day use). Hire RGS, you'll be glad you did!"

"Casco Bay Electric LLC responded to me immediately and completed the work in record time. I have asked them to do further work on my home. I am very pleased with this company."

"They responded quickly to my inquiry, and were able to get someone to my home in a day to assess my boiler system"

"Punctual, professional and efficient. Great service all around."

"The service was quick and appears to be quality. I took off half a star because there were some things I would have liked addressed that were not. My system is very old and has aluminum wiring in some parts of the home. Also, my basement was wired in total with a 15 amp breaker which has failed under load. Instead of replacing with a 20 amp it was left as is."

"Professional, on time, cleaned up after they were done. Very reasonable price. Would highly recommend."

"Mr. Lamour was very professional, he added panels on my new unit and did all the electrical work earlier than expect and passed inspection. The pricing was reasonable compare to others, and the work and customer service was top notch."

"William and his crew were a pleasure to work with. They were able to work us into their schedule promptly. They put lightning protection systems on my home and barn. I am really happy with their work. Their system really looked great and added a lot to both buildings. I would recommend them to anyone."

"Extremely polite, professional, and courteous from the booking office to the technician that came to our home. All in all, a quality job done in reasonable time at a reasonable price."

"Mike was just a pleasure to work with an extremely accommodating especially during a very busy time for electricians in the area. He came to my home at 6 AM so I could have an outlet repaired. I have seldom seen such dedication and effort to help the customer when needed. The services are reasonably priced, and the customer service goes above and beyond. I would highly recommend them, and I will use them again in the future for all of my electrical needs."
