"Awesome experience. I waited for some time to make a good decision on the right company to do the work. It paid off! The system is professionally installed and the operation is truly "user friendly". These guys really know what they are doing and I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family."

"I?ve never had Lightning Rods on my home before so I don?t have much to compare it to but he was prompt courteous cleaned up after himself and did everything he promised. For years I?ve handled fire claims for policyholders against insurance companies but I?ve never been to a fire at a location that had Lightning Rods. Just a thought."

"Zach at Mister Sparky did and excellent Job. I call Mister Sparky directly and did not go through Home Advisor."

My name is Daniel Hood, owner of HoodTechSolutions LLC. I’ve always been the person friends, family, and neighbors call when something won’t connect, won’t print, won’t sync, or just won’t behave. Over time, that passion turned into a full‑service tech support business built on trust, professionalism, and genuine care for the people I serve.

"They were able to get a technician to our office same day on a Friday . Phones were fixed and we were back in business. Excellent Service!"

"Bear cable was essential in getting the network cable run and terminated in our new home construction. The tech was prompt and efficient. Wouldn’t have trusted it to anyone else."

"I called APS about getting a standby generator for my home, and the whole experience was great from the start. They took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense and walked me through what to expect instead of just trying to sell me something. What really stood out to me was how thorough they were. They noticed my gas meter was undersized for what I already had and helped get that addressed with the utility company before it became a bigger issue. That?s the kind of thing most people probably wouldn?t even know to ask about. Their pricing was competitive, communication was easy, and everyone I dealt with was professional and knowledgeable. The 10-year warranty being included was a nice bonus too. Overall, I felt like they genuinely cared about doing the job right. I?d absolutely use APS again and would recommend them to anyone looking for electrical work or a home generator."
