"First, when I called, the owner picked up the call himself - I didn't have to explain what I needed to someone then be told I'd get a call from a technician. I explained what I needed one time. When he personally came to inspect our home, he listened to us and explained everything involved in our repair. When we chose to have him do a couple of other jobs, he proceed them for us and said that was what the entire job would cost. When the technical came the next day, that was exactly what the cost was. No hidden fees, no uncharges, in a word - no surprises! Excellent work, knowledgeable, trained, and experienced people and technicans who do the job and do it right - for a fair price!
