He took his time to explain everything about our router and access point that he supplied. He set it up so quickly without any down time for our business. This is very important, due to we need our computers for everything in our business. It was just a painless time with him. He’s a very knowledgeable IT person and also very knowledgeable about our phone system and cameras and security system. "Technician came and diagnosed the issues and stated he would need to open up the roof. Came back another day and discovered that the problem would not require opening the ceiling. Ran to home depot to get some supplies and came back and had lights in my 2nd, 3rd floor bathrooms, and hallway working again within a hour. All in all it wound up costing me a 1/3 of the qouted price. Very promopt, professional and kind and absolutely will use them for any electrical needs I have in the future.
