"Took a few emails to get a quote. Sent a few pics of the existing unit for them to order a replacement. We set a date for about 3 weeks, They did offer me a couple earlier dates after the unit was delivered and they had some openings, but I wasn't able to be home those days. I got a 2 hour window for their arrival. About 1 hour into the window I got an email that they would be about an hour late. Not a problem, I expect that for any of these appointments. Work was done in about 1/2 an hour, works great."
