He noted the weather was dry for the coming days and the deck was dry after a recent power washing, and was able to fit me in immediately. We came to an agreement on the price and the date when he would do the work. We needed to reschedule once because of heavy rain, but on the rescheduled day he and his crew showed up promptly (even though it was raining) and completed the project in one day. I asked if he would power wash a portion of my driveway that had turned green from water slowly releasing from my gutters and he did this at no additional cost.
